On Amendments to the Regulation on Corporate Governance in Commercial Banks

In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan," "On Banks and Banking Activity," and No. UРQ-516 dated January 15, 2019, "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Connection with the Improvement of Mechanisms for Combating Economic Crimes and Financing the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction," the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:
Amendments shall be made to the Regulation on Corporate Governance in Commercial Banks, approved by Resolution No. 472 of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 24, 2000 (registration number 943, July 5, 2000) (Information Bulletin of Normative Legal Documents of Ministries, State Committees, and Agencies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, No. 13), and to the Appendix thereto.
This resolution enters into force from the date of its official publication.

APPENDIX
Amendments to be Made to the Regulation on Corporate Governance in Commercial Banks
In paragraph 31.1, the words "and terrorism" in the [second sentence](/docs/823067?ONDATE=15.07.2000 00#4142468) shall be replaced with the words ", financing of terrorism and proliferation of weapons of mass destruction."
