The decision amends the Appendix to the Regulation on Requirements for Commercial Bank Capital (approved by CB Decision No. 14/3 of June 13, 2015) by revising the definition of regulatory capital in the ninth sub-item of Item 2 and updating compliance enforcement provisions in Item 45. Commercial banks must now calculate regulatory capital for banking activity regulation and prudential standard implementation, and the Central Bank is authorized to apply statutory measures and sanctions for non-compliance. The decision enters into force upon official publication, while it will lose its force on January 1, 2026.
