On Amendments to the Regulation on the Licensing of Currency Exchange Activities
The Central Bank of Uzbekistan amends the Regulation on the Licensing of Currency Exchange Activities by revising the fourth bullet point of paragraph 23 to specify grounds for license suspension when instructions regarding identified violations are not implemented. The third bullet point of paragraph 26 is deleted, and subsequent bullet points are renumbered accordingly. Additionally, the phrase "organization of information" in the third bullet point of Appendix 2 is replaced with "formation of information."
