5. Changes and additions shall be made to Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-3750 dated May 5, 2006 "On the Establishment of 'Microcreditbank' Joint-Stock Commercial Bank" in accordance with Appendix 2.

6. The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with the Ministry of Justice and other interested ministries and departments, shall submit proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan within one month regarding additional changes and amendments to legislative acts arising from this Decree.
