On Further Measures to Strengthen Confidence in the Banking System of the Population and Business Entities
This resolution required the Prosecutor General's Office to strengthen control over compliance with banking secrecy laws and hold accountable officials who interfere with bank operations or illegally demand banking secrecy information. It instructed the Ministry of Justice to submit proposals for legislative changes within two weeks and ensure normative documents were aligned with this resolution. Control over execution was assigned to the Prime Minister, although a commentary note within the text states the document lost force on 28.09.2020.
