On Granting Activity License to “ALE PAY” Payment and Settlement Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company
In view of Article 2(3), Article 5(2)(“c”) and Article 20(“jf”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and
Pursuant to Article 20(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Payment Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations”; and Paragraph 18(a) and Paragraph 19 of Regulation 17/01 “Procedure for Licensing the Payment and Settlement Organizations, Recordkeeping of Branch Offices; Manager Qualification, Appraisal of Professional Adequacy and Registration” as approved by Board Resolution No. 285-N, dated October 25, 2011, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Whereas on June 26 2026, July 21, 2026, and August 27, 2026 “ALE PAY” Payment and Settlement Organization CJSC submitted letters of request, together with documents and supporting materials, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for seeking an activity license to carry out money remittance; and
Considering the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 42, dated September 2, 2026),
