The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan amended the Regulation on the Procedure for Granting Credit by Commercial Banks to Farmer Households against Future Harvest as Collateral. These amendments update the legal basis for the Regulation, specify that crediting for farmer households not producing agricultural products for state needs will follow the Regulation on the Procedure for Crediting Small Business Entities in National Currency, and modify required loan application documents to include reconciliation acts for debts overdue by more than 90 days and a report on financial results (Form 2). Furthermore, a timeframe in clause 8 was reduced from 10 to 3 working days. The resolution, adopted on June 6, 2015, entered into force upon official publication but was subsequently removed from the state register on August 19, 2019.
