(IDNO 1002600026999), amounting to 79,782 ordinary registered shares and bearing the identification number MD14UNIC1004, are deleted from the Register of Issuers of Securities, as a result of reorganization by transformation into the Limited Liability Company "UNIC". - This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to
the NFC (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification. - This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated
