Online Submission of Applications via ERS
NAMFISA directs all registered insurers, reinsurers, insurance agents, brokers, and reinsurance brokers to finalize all pending or half-processed online applications in the Electronic Regulatory System (ERS) by 30 June 2016. This requirement addresses the accumulation of applications in statuses such as Valid, No Data, or In Draft, which have prevented the Registrar from approving, rejecting, or returning them. The directive applies with immediate effect to ensure the effective processing of regulatory applications.
