Operating Instructions on Open Market Operations of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka
The Central Bank of Sri Lanka issued this circular to withdraw the 5 per cent Special Standing Deposit Facility Rate effective 2nd March 2015. The regulator established that the Standing Deposit Facility Rate and Standing Lending Facility Rate will remain at 6.50 per cent and 8.00 per cent, respectively. This directive applies to all licensed commercial banks and primary dealers.
