Operational and Service External Circular DSP-158, Subject 8: Deposit Account System
The Bank of the Republic issued Operational and Service External Circular DSP-158 to modify the Deposit Account System (CUD) transaction lists in Annexes 2 and 3 of its Payment Systems Manual. The circular introduces new transaction codes 11478 and 11479 to exempt specific cargo manifest contributions and corporate wealth taxes from the General Mining Tax (GMF). It also defines default queuing priorities for these and other existing transactions within the CUD transfer system.
