Operational and Services External Circular DEP-473, Subject 1: 2,000 Peso Banknotes
The document updates the corporate manual by adding item 88 to announce that the Bank of the Republic will put 2,000 peso banknotes with the July 23, 2024 edition date and series CK into circulation starting September 9, 2026. These notes share the same design and identical general characteristics and security devices as previous editions. The update replaces page 1-33 of Circular DEP-473 dated June 11, 2026, and applies to financial entities, credit establishments, value transport companies, and the Bank of the Republic's offices.
