Subject 05: 50,000 Peso Banknotes This Circular replaces page 05 - 22 of March 12, 2026 and adds page 05 – 23 of the Operational and Services External Circular DEP-477, corresponding to Subject 05: “50,000 peso banknotes”. Through this update, the following modification is incorporated:

• Paragraph 61 is added, which informs that starting October 5, 2026, the Bank of the Republic will put 50,000 peso banknotes into circulation, with an edition date of May 27, 2025 – series DC.

Subject 05: 50,000 Peso Banknotes
55. EDITION MAY 26, 2020 – SERIES CG
Starting May 6, 2024, the Bank of the Republic put 50,000 peso banknotes into circulation, with an edition date of May 26, 2020 – series CG, which have the same design and identical general characteristics and security devices of the previous edition.
56. EDITION MAY 26, 2020 – SERIES CH
Starting April 25, 2025, the Bank of the Republic put 50,000 peso banknotes into circulation, with an edition date of May 26, 2020 – series CH, which have the same design and identical general characteristics and security devices of the previous edition.
57. EDITION JULY 27, 2021 – SERIES CJ
Starting June 20, 2025, the Bank of the Republic put 50,000 peso banknotes into circulation, with an edition date of July 27, 2021 – series CJ, which have the same design and identical general characteristics and security devices of the previous edition and are signed by Dr. Leonardo Villar Gómez as General Manager and Dr. Marcela Ocampo Duque as Executive Manager.
58. EDITION JULY 27, 2021 – SERIES CK
Starting October 16, 2025, the Bank of the Republic put 50,000 peso banknotes into circulation, with an edition date of July 27, 2021 – series CK, which have the same design and identical general characteristics and security devices of the previous edition.
59. EDITION JULY 27, 2021 – SERIES DA
Starting December 12, 2025, the Bank of the Republic put 50,000 peso banknotes into circulation, with an edition date of July 27, 2021 – series DA, which have the same design and identical general characteristics and security devices of the previous edition.
60. EDITION JULY 26, 2022 – SERIES DB
Starting March 16, 2026, the Bank of the Republic put 50,000 peso banknotes into circulation, with an edition date of July 26, 2022 – series DB, which have the same design and identical general characteristics and security devices of the previous edition.
