Operational and Services External Circular DSP-158, Subject 8: Deposit Account System
The Bank of the Republic issued Operational and Services External Circular DSP-158 to modify the Deposit Account System manual by adding transaction code 11160 for Interbank Compensation via GOU PAYMENTS. This addition grants the transaction exemption from the General Sales Tax (GMF) under Article 879 of the Tax Statute and assigns it a default priority of 12 with a non-queued status. The circular updates Annex 2 and Annex 4 to reflect these regulatory changes effective May 5, 2026.
