Operative and Services External Circular DTE-191, Subject 42: $100 Metal Coin
The Executive Manager and Industrial and Treasury Submanager of the Bank of the Republic issued this circular to fully repeal the previous DTE-191 regulations regarding $100 metal coins. The regulatory authority for this matter has been transferred to the Issuance and Programming Department, which will now govern the subject under DEP-499, Subject 16. This change reflects an administrative shift in the area responsible for overseeing these specific monetary instruments.
