The Order designates the federal property known as "DDR y CADER Madera," located in Madera, Chihuahua, with a surface area of 762.3350 square meters, to the Secretariat of Agriculture and Rural Development for use as administrative offices. The designated entity is obligated to maintain the property, cover associated costs, and obtain necessary permits for any construction or modification. If the property is used for a different purpose without authorization from the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit, or if it is no longer needed, it will be withdrawn from service and administered directly by the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets.
