Order Determining Inhabile Days for Administrative Acts and Procedures Before the CNBV
The National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) designates specific dates in late 2019 and throughout 2020 as inhabile days, in addition to Saturdays and Sundays, for the purpose of administrative acts and procedures. The designated dates include the period from December 23, 2019, to January 7, 2020, and specific holidays or commemorative days in February, March, April, May, September, and November 2020. These designations apply to entities and persons subject to the CNBV's supervision, as well as to authorities and the general public.
