Order for the Disincorporation from the Federal Public Domain Regime of the Federal Property Designated "Multidisciplinary Building for the Integral Development of Science and Technology in Health Sciences" for Contribution to the University of Guanajuato
This Order disincorporates a federal property located in León, Guanajuato, from the Federal Public Domain Regime and transfers it to the University of Guanajuato for the construction of a health sciences building. The University of Guanajuato is responsible for all taxes, fees, and expenses related to the operation and must obtain necessary local and federal permits for any construction or modification. If the property is not used for the authorized purpose, is used differently without authorization, or is no longer needed, it reverts to the Federal Government, and failure to formalize the transfer within one year renders the Order void.
