Order Nullifying the Declaration of Subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime Dated November 3, 2015
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets nullifies the November 3, 2015 declaration subjecting the "San Miguel Enyeje" property to the Federal Public Domain Regime, in compliance with an amparo judgment. This action reverses the administrative act for the 170,131.076 square meter property located in Ixtlahuaca, State of Mexico, and mandates its inscription in the Federal Public Property Registry to establish legal certainty and opposability against third parties.
