Order on Approval of the Description of Sections and Schemes of XML Files of the Electronic Form of Reporting Data of Depository Institutions
The National Commission for Securities and Stock Market approves the description of sections and schemes for XML files containing electronic reporting data from depository institutions, specifying distinct XSD schemas for irregular, daily, and monthly data. This order replaces Order No. 17/20/444/C01 and mandates the use of the Commission's Reference and Classifier System for data formatting. The regulation enters into force on July 1, 2026, and places control over its execution on Commission member Yuriy Shapovala.
