Order suspending deadlines for institutions and persons subject to supervision by the National Commission of Insurance and Bonds due to the COVID-19 coronavirus
The National Commission of Insurance and Bonds (CNSF) suspends legal deadlines for procedures, authorizations, and regulatory reports for supervised institutions and persons from the date of publication until April 30, 2020. This suspension does not apply to regularization plans, self-correction programs, or information requests related to the health contingency, except for specific regulatory reports 1, 6, 8, 9, and 12. The CNSF temporarily accepts physical document submissions via email at oficialiadepartes@cnsf.gob.mx during the contingency period.
