This Ordinance establishes the procedures, formats, and content requirements for individual applications to participate in an additional mandatory pension fund or to resume insurance in a universal pension fund. It prohibits insurance companies, intermediaries, and their shareholders from offering special privileges, gifts, or benefits to insured persons during the selection process. It mandates that applicants provide investment risk assessment questionnaires, select specific sub-funds or age-based management regimes, and submit applications via paper with notarized signatures or via qualified electronic signatures. The National Revenue Agency is responsible for maintaining electronic registers of insured persons and notifying pension insurance companies of invalid applications within three months.
