This Ordinance regulates the storage, use, and destruction of documents and data by pension insurance companies concerning supplementary pension insurance activities. It requires these companies to adopt internal rules specifying retention periods, procedures, and responsible units, submitting them to the Financial Supervision Commission within seven days. The Ordinance sets minimum storage periods, including five years for investment orders and contracts, and two years for certain cancelled applications, while also detailing physical requirements for storage premises and strict access protocols. Documents are to be destroyed only after their retention periods expire, following an expert commission's assessment, using methods that prevent recovery.
