Palestine Monetary Authority Circular No. 253 on Specialized Professional Certifications
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 253/2020 to update the approved list of specialized professional certifications for banking personnel. The circular attaches a revised appendix that maps recognized credentials from bodies such as GARP, IIA, CFA Institute, and ACAMS to specific banking functions including risk management, internal audit, compliance, treasury, and anti-money laundering.
