Parallel Run 2 of Actuarial Valuation, Capital Adequacy and Outstanding Claims for Insurers

The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago requires all insurance companies to submit Parallel Run 2 data using 2010 financial year-end results by June 30, 2011. Life insurers must provide the Appointed Actuary’s report under the draft Caribbean Policy Premium Method regulations, while general insurers must submit B4 Schedules claims run-off data for the previous three years. All insurers are required to submit Capital Adequacy Forms and revised Balance Sheet and Statutory Fund Requirements forms. These results will serve as opening balances for statutory reports following the enactment of the new Insurance Bill.
