Life insurers must provide the Appointed Actuary's report under the Insurance (Caribbean Policy Premium Method) Regulations, while general insurers must submit B4 Schedules covering the previous three financial years. All insurance companies are obligated to file Capital Adequacy Forms under the draft Insurance (Capital Adequacy) Regulations and revised Forms D1 and D3. Submissions may be sent electronically via email with PGP encryption or as hard copies to the Chief Actuary's office.
