Payment of Registration Fees

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES
The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago ('Central Bank') wishes to advise all Trustees, Management Committees and Plan Sponsors that, in accordance with The Insurance (Pension Fund Plans Registration Fees) Regulations, 2020, the following fees are payable with effect from January 1, 2021:
1) A fee of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) for the registration of the Trust
Deed and Rules of a new pension fund plan.
2) A fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for the registration of an amendment to the
Trust Deed and Rules or for any correction to the register of pension fund plans occasioned by the change in the name, address or trustees of a pension fund plan. Take note that no registration fees are payable if an amendment to a pension fund plan’s Trust Deed and Rules or the correction to the register of pension fund plans is required or implied by any written law. The registration fees for pension fund plans are payable to the Central Bank. Therefore, registration fees are no longer payable at the District Revenue Offices of the Board of Inland Revenue. The fees may be paid by electronic transfer using the following information:
