Permission for Import of Crude Oil and Petroleum Products on CIF Basis

The document permits the import of Crude Oil and Petroleum Products on a CIF basis for a period of sixty days from March 11, 2026. This authorization temporarily overrides the permissible Incoterms specified in Para 5, Chapter 13 of the Foreign Exchange Manual. Authorized Dealers in Foreign Exchange are required to notify their constituents to ensure strict compliance with this temporary measure.
