PI-PF-02-2014 – Revocation of Certain Circulars
Six prior circulars (PF No. 01, PF No. 02, PF No. 05, PF No. 06, PF No. 07, and Circular No. 2/2002) are revoked with immediate effect due to the amendment of Regulation 28 under the Pension Funds Act. This revocation applies to all pension fund organizations registered under the Pension Funds Act, Act No. 24 of 1956. The revoked circulars dealt with prior amendments to Regulation 28 and are no longer applicable.
