Principal officers of registered pension funds must fully transfer fund administration to Namibia within 12 months of receiving the directive. This requirement applies to funds currently administered outside Namibia, where records are kept offshore, making supervision problematic. The directive revokes Circular PF No. 10 dated 24 March 1998 and replaces it with this directive effective immediately.
