Pillar 2: Single ORSA
Insurers may submit a single Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) report for both the group and its insurance entities, subject to prior approval by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). Applications for this single report can be submitted electronically via DNB's e-Line starting from 1 April 2015. The supervisory authority must issue a decision within six months, with international group assessments potentially involving foreign supervisory authorities.
