On Approval of the Plan of Measures for the Implementation of the Concept on the Transition of the Republic of Kazakhstan to a "Green Economy" for 2013 - 2020

Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 31, 2013 No. 750

In order to implement the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 30, 2013 No. 577 "On the Concept on the Transition of the Republic of Kazakhstan to a 'Green Economy'", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

Approve the attached Plan of Measures of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the implementation of the Concept on the Transition of the Republic of Kazakhstan to a "Green Economy" for 2013 – 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the Plan).
To central and local executive bodies, as well as interested organizations responsible for the implementation of the Plan:
1. take measures to implement the Plan;
2. upon completion of the year, no later than February 1, submit information on the progress of its implementation to the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall, upon completion of the year, no later than February 20, submit consolidated information on the progress of the Plan's implementation to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Chancellery of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall, upon completion of the year, no later than March 20, submit consolidated information on the progress of the Plan's execution to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Control over the execution of this Decree is entrusted to the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This Decree enters into force from the day of signing.
