This transfer took effect on January 25, 2022.
Pursuant to Article 17 of the Law of April 4, 2014 on insurance, this publication makes this transfer opposable to policyholders, insured persons, beneficiaries, and all third parties having an interest in the execution of the insurance contract, concerning risks or commitments located in Belgium.
