Possibility of fines for offence imposed on legal entity and natural person instructing or directing commission

Fines for an offence may be imposed on both the legal entity and the natural person instructing or actually directing the commission of that offence. Where applicable, fines may also be levied on several natural persons involved in directing the offence, regardless of whether a fine is imposed on the legal entity. This confirms the concurrent liability of entities and individuals for such offences.
