Presentation of Information to the Central Bank - Debtors of the Financial System (R.I.-D.S.F.).

We address you in relation to the reference reporting regime in light of the issuance of Communication “A” 7245 corresponding to the rules on Classification of debtors.

In this regard, we send you the sheet that must be replaced in Section 3. of Presentation of Information to the Central Bank, pursuant to the disseminated schedule by which financial institutions must increase the admitted delinquency periods for levels 1., 2. and 3., both for the commercial portfolio and for the consumer or housing portfolio, so that they gradually classify their debtors in accordance with the criteria pre-existing as of 19.3.2020.

These modifications will be effective as from the information for April 2021.
