Press Release: Revocation of License for Vector Casa Bolsa
The National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) revoked the authorization for Vector Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V. following a voluntary request submitted by the entity on December 1. The decision was based on an agreement adopted by the entity's Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting held on November 26 and confirmed that the revocation is unrelated to measures taken by the U.S. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). The CNBV's Board of Directors approved the revocation on December 12, determining that the request met all legal and documentary requirements.
