Amending some provisions of the Executive Regulations of the Law Regulating Movable Collateral issued by Decision of the Minister of Investment No. 108 of 2016

After reviewing the Constitution,
And the Law Regulating Movable Collateral issued by Law No. 115 of 2015, And the Executive Regulations of the Law Regulating Movable Collateral issued by Decision of the Minister of Investment No. 108 of 2016,

Decided:

(Article One)

By replacing the text of Article (1) of the Executive Regulations of the Law Regulating Movable Collateral, and amending the text of Article (2) of the same Regulations, the original text is replaced with the following text:

The movable collaterals mentioned in this Law include:
