Procedure for Issuance of No Objection Certificate for Release of 1% Issue Amount Deposit

Issuer companies must submit Annexure A applications to SEBI via their Post Issue Lead Merchant Banker four months post-listing, ensuring bank guarantees retain at least two months’ validity. Applicants must resolve investor complaints, submit monthly Action Taken Reports per Annexure C, and pay intermediary fees. Stock Exchanges must notify listed companies and amend Listing Agreements accordingly. The circular replaces rescinded Guidelines for issuing No Objection Certificates for the 1% issue amount deposit.
