Proclamation Fixing Commencement Date for Insurance (Amendment) Act, 2020
The President of Trinidad and Tobago fixes January 1, 2021, as the date on which the Insurance (Amendment) Act, 2020, comes into operation. This proclamation fulfills the requirement under section 2 of the Act for the President to designate the effective date via proclamation.
