The Financial Services Commission proposes amendments to the Regulation on Financial Investment Business to allow foreign bond investors to use a special nominee account for placing aggregated orders to buy and sell listed bonds. This provision extends the special nominee account, currently available to foreign stock investors, to cover on- and off-exchange transactions for listed bonds.
