PS15/32: Amendments to Various Forms
The Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority issued this policy statement to confirm final amendments to regulatory approval forms following consultation CP15/29. The changes ensure that forms require only necessary disclosures while allowing regulators to properly assess the fitness and propriety of candidates. Authorized firms and individual candidates must now use the updated versions of these forms available on the regulators' websites and rulebooks.
