The Financial Conduct Authority introduces two new regulatory returns, REP015 and REP016, requiring providers of pensions, annuities, and income drawdown to submit retirement income data. REP015 must be completed every six months, while REP016 is an annual submission covering stock and withdrawal flow data. The rules apply to incoming firms and mandate submission via the Gabriel system within 45 business days of the reporting period. For REP016, providers with fewer than 750 plans offering regular withdrawals are exempt from reporting withdrawal rates.
