PS18/10: Retiring FG12/15 and FG14/1
The Financial Conduct Authority issued Policy Statement PS18/10 to formally retire guidance documents FG12/15 and FG14/1. This action concludes the consultation period that closed on January 19, 2018, following the initial consultation published in December 2017. The regulator implemented these changes to update its regulatory framework by removing outdated guidance effective from May 11, 2018.
