The FCA introduces a new regulatory reporting return for firms engaged in credit broking, debt adjusting, debt counselling, or providing credit information services. This return replaces elements of CCR002 and CCR007 and requires data on permissions, business models, marketing, revenue, and staff across five mandatory sections. The final rules reduce the number of questions by 27% compared to the consultation draft and allow firms to annualise data for the first reporting period if necessary.
