PSD Circular No. 01: Bangladesh Real Time Gross Settlement (BD-RTGS) System Rules
All scheduled banks and finance companies participating in the BD-RTGS system must follow the enclosed BD-RTGS System Rules Version 2.1 with immediate effect. This update supersedes and repeals the rules previously stated in circular no. 09 dated 09/09/2015. The document defines operational aspects, access criteria, and obligations for participants, including direct, sub, special, and monitoring members.
