PSD Circular No. 01: Regarding Displaying Inter-Banks ATM Transaction Charges on Visible Places in ATM Booths
All scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh must clearly display the service charges applicable to customers using cards from other National Payment Switch Bangladesh (NPSB) member banks at their ATM booths. This requirement covers fees for cash withdrawal, balance inquiry, and mini-statement retrieval to prevent customer confusion regarding inter-bank transaction costs.
