PSD Circular No. 04/2023: Regarding PSP license of ABG Technologies LTD.
The Bangladesh Bank grants a license to ABG Technologies LTD. to operate as a Payment Service Provider (PSP) within the country, subject to the conditions specified in letter PSD/ADSL(ABG)/61/2023-1365 of the Payment Systems Department. This authorization is issued under the powers conferred by Section 7(A)(e) of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972, and in accordance with the Bangladesh Payment and Settlement Systems Regulations-2014. The circular notifies all scheduled banks, mobile financial service providers, payment system operators, and payment service providers operating in Bangladesh of this licensing decision.
