Regarding the granting of license to ABG Technologies Ltd. as a Payment Service Provider (PSP).

Under the powers conferred by Section 7(A)(e) of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972, and in accordance with the "Bangladesh Payment and Settlement Systems Regulations-2014" issued by the Bangladesh Bank, a license has been granted to "ABG Technologies Ltd." to operate as a Payment Service Provider (PSP) within the country, subject to the conditions described in letter PSD/ADSL(ABG)/61/2023-1365 of this department.
