Dear Sir,

Regarding ensuring customer interest in transactions through Automated Teller Machine (ATM), Point of Sale (POS), and e-payment gateway during the Eid festival and holiday period.

During the Eid festival and holiday period, when commercial bank branches remain closed, customers tend to use electronic methods for transactions more frequently through ATMs (Automated Teller Machines), POS (Point of Sale), and e-payment gateways. To ensure customer interest and secure transactions in the field of card-based electronic transactions using ATMs, POS, and e-payment gateways, you are advised to take the following measures:

1. Keep ATM and POS networks operational;
2. Ensure cash supply at ATM booths;
3. Arrange for notice display in front of closed or inactive ATM booths; if all ATM and POS services of a bank are closed due to unavoidable reasons, immediately inform customers;
4. Take measures for awareness campaigns in mass media to exercise caution in e-payment gateway transactions and increase customer awareness;
5. Take measures to ensure that customers are not harassed in any situation during transactions.

This matter is very important.
