PSD Circular No. 07: Keeping MFS, PSO and PSP offices closed in the related Election Areas on 17th July, 2023
Mobile Financial Services (MFS), Payment System Operators (PSO), and Payment Service Providers (PSP) institutions located in the relevant election areas for the by-election to National Parliament Constituency 190 (Dhaka-17) must remain closed on Monday, 17 July 2023. This directive follows notifications from the Ministry of Public Administration and the Department of Offsite Supervision. However, essential departments of the main offices of these institutions situated in Constituency 190 may remain open on a limited basis.
