PSD Circular No. 09: Regarding PSP license of Shamadhan Services Limited
The Bangladesh Bank has granted a license to Shamadhan Services Limited to operate as a Payment Service Provider (PSP) within the country, subject to specific conditions outlined in letter PSD/AD&C&DL(Shamadhan)/55/2025-1081 dated June 2, 2025. This authorization is issued under the powers conferred by Section 5(4) of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2024.
